THE PROCESS

Greg’s involvement in each project is based on the client’s needs but can range from a minimal plan review to a turn-key job and often looks like this:

  • Initial consultation

  • Plan review

  • Budget consultation

  • Presentation of contract

  • Oversight of project including scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries

  • Assisting client in making timely decisions so as not to impede progress

  • Establishing completion date

  • Finishing details
